Here’s a tip (because It has come to my attention that not everyone is aware that you can TEST each and every one of your subject lines!!!!). I use this.

I just sometimes am shocked at how low hanging some fruit can be.
A GLOBAL BRAND THAT I LOVE HAS A BROKEN PRODUCT CAROUSEL ON THEIR HOMEPAGE. 9 figure brand. Maybe 10. It fully will not load, no matter what network and what device I try. It’s literally right below the fold. I’ve checked it for 3 days in a row – hasn’t changed.
That scares me. It means that nobody that works there (hundreds of people) has noticed. It means that nobody has fixed it. It means most importantly, that nobody that should be looking – is looking.
This is the tip – please go look at your website for the next 20 minutes. On minimum 3 devices. Every page. Keep a pen and paper handy – you’ll find issues.

Reminder: Any brand can say that a product sold out if they under purchase inventory or take the product offline and then bring it back online.
Do what this information what you will (mention in your ad creative that it sold out and is back while supplies last).
P.S. When a product “sells out”, give it a timeline. Sold out in 3 minutes sure does seem more convincing than sold out 2 times.

This is a PSA. I find it UNACCEPTABLE to run paid ads on a channel where you don’t have a ROBUST organic presence.
You can’t spend a penny on any channel that you don’t already post for free on. This is a RULE!
Promise me? (No TikTok ads until your brand posts daily on TikTok, and so on and so forth). I will die on this hill.

FoundRae is a fine jewelry brand. Below is a post they posted to their IG feed (organically). Notice their bracelets are featured (and shoppable)….

…but, notice that 2 Cartier Love bracelets are also on the wrist.
When FoundRae shows themselves ALONGSIDE Cartier… FoundRae becomes more powerful. They show that people who buy FoundRae also buy Cartier.
Shows that they are playing in the same league. That a Cartier customer is a FoundRae customer. This is important.
Show your products with the brands your customer looks up to. Show them playing ever so nicely together. So that your customer associates the brands TOGETHER.
Rhode does this often. As does Emi Jay.ย

What you do as a brand is just as important as what you don’t do. Every brand with a point of view stands for something, and therefore stands against something else.
For everything you are, there’s something you’re not.
Try this on for size: (Using Go-to-Millions as our example):
๐งโโ๏ธ: Go-to-Millions is pithy, not dry (and never, EVER boring).
๐: Go-to-Millions is warm, not bitchy.
๐งโโ๏ธ: Go-to-Millions is written by a real person, Ari (who sometimes uses 3rd person even though she tries not to), not AI (nor anyone else, EVER).
๐ท: Go-to-Millions is written from first-hand, high-stakes experience, not from research.
๐ง: Go-to-Millions is for the marketers who aren’t getting their share of the microphone, not for the marketers who used to do it but now just talk about it.
In summary, Go-to-Market Millions is a love letter to online shopping AKA, ecommerce.
