Your instagram bio and highlights are more important than you think. For organic, obviously. But, when you’re running ads on IG – your audience clicks the handle the ad is served from ALL.THE.TIME. What copy is there to greet them? 

EXCELLENT IG BIO’s TO LOOK AT STUDY (my tried and true list of examples)…

๐ŸŒŒ: ‘The soul of @aman in the heart of New York City’ Sounds relaxing. Sounds bigger than this 1 place. I’d like to go. 

๐Ÿ: Formerly Royal Wax Manufacture. Made in France since 1643′. HISTORY. 

๐ŸŽ: ‘Family owned. A portion of proceeds goes to equine therapy programs.’ 2 things that make you care about this brand more than their competition. Family business. Charity. If your brand donates a % of proceeds and you don’t have that highlighted in this all-important space, change that please. 

๐ŸŒŸ: ‘Favored by Hollywood stars for 110 years.’ HISTORY. 

My new additions to this list… 

๐Ÿผ: ‘LIBERTร‰, EGALITร‰, MATERNITร‰.’ The bio continues: More than a Baby Carrier – A Revolution. A far cry get it from the other baby brand bios. That’s the whole point. 

๐ŸŒน: ‘Good. Better. Best. Beckham.’ That’ll do it. 

It’s also okay to not go for brand and to use this space for information. Your instagram bio should never feel unchangeable. My new additions to this list… 

โ˜๏ธ: ‘Does running have to be so hard? Discover Cloudsurfer 2.’ What a question. What a way to promote a specific new launch and to be dynamic about what you write in this coveted space. 

๐Ÿค : ‘Unstripped + whole 1st milking colostrum. Calves fed first.’ Details over brand in those words – helpful in this category. 

๐Ÿฉบ: ‘HSA/FSA eligible.’ HELPFUL IN THIS CATEGORY. 

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: ‘The best savoir-faire for durable pieces. ๐ŸŒŽ Shipping Worldwide.๐Ÿ“ฎWomen @sezane.’ The men’s bio pushes the women’s. Vice versa. Good bang for your buck per character. 

๐Ÿ’ž: ‘๐Ÿฉท $5M+ Donated to Charity.’ Important detail.
