ON THIS EPISODE OF GO-TO-MILLIONS
This is the story of my experience this week with COCOLABS.
1st of all, I love COCOFLOSS. I’ve told you this.

I’ve been flossing a lot because as mentioned, I love Cocofloss.
I 1st ordered it on Amazon. See here: I apologize for the Strawberry flavor. I don’t know who I was that day.

I’ve been buying it 1 at a time on Amazon because I hate spending money on things like this. When I run out of floss is when I buy new floss. Never 1 to stock up – rather spend that $ towards a purse.
Anywho, I recently ran out and instead of buying 1, I decided to buy 4. Mature of me, I think.
I typed ‘Cocofloss’ and bought it without thinking. Here’s what I bought: ย

A 4-pack. It arrives. I open it and think nothing of it. I even give 1 to Daniel, because I’m generous and overstocked.
This is when things go awry. Daniel notices that the floss isn’t Cocofloss. It’s COCOLABS. He then makes fun of me for not noticing that I bought a dupe.
I told him there’s no way I bought a dupe. I DON’T DO DUPES.
But secretly, I worried.

When I looked at the PDP on Amazon, I didn’t notice the very obvious COCOLABS packaging. What was advertised is exactly what arrived, you see ^^.
Did COCOLABS rip off Cocofloss? Is it the same company? Has it been COCOLABS all along and I’m obtuse?? These are my questions.
I flip the box over. It says cocolab.com.

I search it. It REDIRECTS FROM COCOLAB.COM TO COCOFLOSS.COM
I AM VINDICATED!!! Same thing happens on IG.

I did not buy a dupe @Daniel.
They are the same entity. So COCOLAB IS COCOFLOSS AND VICE VERSA. I don’t know why I cared to find out. I don’t know why this felt so personal.
I think I spent 10 minutes researching this and 10 hours wondering about it. I likely need a hobby.
My point here is I think we forget that inconsistencies make our customers nervous. I think they notice. I do, at least. And, when I don’t, my husband does apparently. The name of the product is a big thing to be inconsistent about, but this doesn’t feel like a choice (likely regulatory for COCOLABS / COCOFLOSS).
But, where we can avoid it, we all need to be careful. Detailed. Thoughtful. I promise to try!!
Unrelated to floss, please find 3 products I’ve recently repurchased on Amazon, should you care:
