CONTENT I SAVED
My sister forwarded me this playlist by The Row. I like when brands make contact and don’t try to sell something. I really do.

MRS. WORLDWIDE
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We don’t discuss international enough. Which is my bad and really wild of me because I spend a lot of my time at work on the subject of international growth / have been using Passport to ship globally since I was in house (2020!!).
Let’s go international on March 12th together. RSVP here, and you have a chance to win $5,000 just by coming. You read that right LOL.

VALENTINE’S PRESENT UPDATE
I panicked on Friday morning. As in Valentine’s day morning. Because I realized that the hat I got Daniel as his present hadn’t arrived yet. This hat.
I checked my email and I couldn’t find the order confirmation. FUCK LOL.
But then I checked my card and I was charged. I emailed CX (thinking I must have mistyped my email as I checked out). They were super nice, but then told me that the reason I didn’t get an email was because I didn’t enter an email at checkout.
WHO LET’S THEIR CUSTOMERS CHECK OUT WITHOUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS? No email = no tracking = no visibility. That’s a flawed choice and a setting that should be changed.
Luckily, CX informed me that the hat had already delivered. I didn’t know to check the mail because, as mentioned, I didn’t get tracking so I forgot about my order. I found the hat and Daniel loved it and Valentine’s Day was saved but please, all of us, enable email address as a required field.
ROCCO FRIDGE
My coworker Luke spotted this. I’ve decided I love it because it’s so creative. Would be an epic way to disguise site work, too.
I’m more of a SMEG girl but credit where credit is due.

WEEK 8/52
President’s Day is tomorrow. Brooks Brothers shared this last year, and I still remember it.

When your brand chooses to participate in any holiday or anything seasonal, a story goes a long way. And, I still want this shirt (embroidered with my initials of AMM).
